LIMITATIONS – Certain restrictions apply. Residents of the United States (except for residents of Oregon and Kansas), including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, are eligible to participate in this program (“Eligible States”), subject to the restrictions identified below. Due to a variety of state regulations, the terms and conditions of this program may vary by state. Your residence, as reflected in the Marriott Vacation Club® central customer file, will determine the terms and conditions under which you can participate in this program, which is void where prohibited by law.
Due to state regulations, the following limitations apply to this program as to Marriott Vacation Club Owners: (i) residents of Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas may receive benefits after their friend completes a sales presentation, and residents of all other states (except for Virginia) may receive benefits after their friend purchases a minimum of 1,500 Club Points; (ii) residents of Arizona, Hawai‘i, and Ohio may only receive benefits from this program, or any other similar program offered by MVCI, with a maximum value of $1,000 during a 12-month period; (iii) Virginia residents may receive benefits if the friend (a) completes a sales presentation within the state of Virginia at an MVC resort or via telephone, or (b) purchases at any MVC property outside the state of Virginia; (iv) residents of Florida, Nevada, and Puerto Rico may provide a maximum of 20 referrals per calendar year; and (v) New Jersey residents may provide a maximum of 12 referrals per calendar year. MVC reserves the right to add or remove an Eligible State, at any time, as business and legal circumstances allow. Residents of Oregon and Kansas are not eligible for this offer. You should not undertake any representation of the Marriott Vacation Club vacation ownership program whatsoever. You are not authorized to present, sell, or negotiate the sale of real estate.
ELIGIBILITY – Annual income of $100,000 or more and ownership of a primary residence are required. Owner family members are not eligible. Employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, its affiliated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible for this offer. Owners and friends must meet eligibility requirements. Owners may only extend this package invitation to Marriott Vacation Club non-Owners. Owner is required to bring eligible friend(s) to be eligible for this promotion. Failure to do so will result in being charged the actual retail value of accommodations. Owner must provide both name and phone number of friends at time of package purchase/reservation. Friends may not have attended a tour and sales presentation within the past 6 months at the Marriott Vacation Club property where the offer was purchased by the Owner, or in the past 90 days at any other Marriott Vacation Club property. Owners may not use this package in conjunction with their ownership and/or exchange week. Friends will also be required to contact Marriott Vacation Club to activate their reservation for this promotion.
PRESENTATION – Attendance at separate sales presentations lasting approximately 90 minutes is required for both Marriott Vacation Club Owners and their friends/referrals. If married, cohabitating, or in a life partnership, couples must attend together to receive this offer; individuals may purchase separately. Failure of the Owner and referral to attend the sales presentations will result in the charge of the actual retail value of the accommodations and will forfeit the premium (whichever incentive applies) for both the Owner and the friend.
If selected, PlusPoints are only available to Owners of Club Points or Owners enrolled in the Abound by Marriott VacationsTM exchange program (the “Exchange Program”) at the time of completion of a sales presentation. PlusPoints will be deposited in the Owner’s account within 60 days after completion of the timeshare sales presentation. Owner may use PlusPoints to reserve accommodations and other exchange benefits within the Exchange Program, subject to terms and conditions of the Exchange Company Documents. PlusPoints shall expire 24 months following their date of delivery to Owner. PlusPoints are nontransferable and may not be banked, borrowed, or traded for Marriott Bonvoy Points. Marriott Bonvoy Points will be issued following the sales presentation. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for posting of points. Points are subject to the Marriott Bonvoy program terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice, and can be found at marriottbonvoy.com. Approximate retail value is $187. If selected, the dinner certificate or Experience Dollars will be issued following the sales presentation. The dinner certificate or Experience Dollars is redeemable for select amenities and activities during your stay. Retail value of the dinner certificate or Experience Dollars are face value. The dinner certificate or Experience Dollars are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. Applicable sales taxes and gratuities not included. Owners residing in New Jersey, Hawai‘i, or Arizona will be given a choice of Marriott Bonvoy Points or PlusPoints only.
